Hi, I’m Casandra.

Founder and creative force behind Rind + Brine.

I created Rind + Brine from a love of beautiful food, thoughtful details, and the kind of gatherings that make people want to stay a little longer. What began with elevated charcuterie has grown into a collection of playful, highly curated food experiences designed to make events feel more personal, memorable, and full of personality.

I approach every event with a mix of creativity, warmth, and intention. From the menu and styling to the smallest finishing touches, I believe food should feel just as special as the occasion it’s part of.

Based in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley, Rind + Brine serves private celebrations, corporate gatherings, weddings, and one-of-a-kind events throughout the area. Whether I’m creating a signature Cart, a beautifully styled Spread, individually portioned Bites, or a completely original concept, my goal is always the same: to create something that feels distinctly yours—and anything but ordinary.
